Business sites owned by the municipality

If you consider Hillerød as a location for your business a possibility is to buy land directly from the municipality. Below you can learn more about the sites.

In Rønnevang business park, Hillerød municipality has available a site of 100,000 m² which is zoned for businesses in category 3-5, such as a medium-sized medical or biotech company. The site is close to Novo Nordic and Biogen Idec, and is located attractively close to the motorway. Construction on the site can start immediately, as all relevant archaeological and soil surveys have been carried out.

In the same vicinity, a 16,000 m² site at Rønnevang West has been categorised as business site applicable. The area has not yet been zoned, but this process is expected to be completed during 2007.

The 2006 price for business sites in Hillerød was approximately DKK 700 (EUR 93) per m² for sites between 1,500 and 20,000 m². Prices for larger sites are negotiable.
